These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the software application Sikh World - Nitnem & Gurbani for iOS and Android mobile platforms, created and developed by AppAspect Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), in connection with our partners, service providers, sponsors, or other affiliates.
Your use of our services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as the Privacy Policy available at https://sikhworld.app/privacy.html. Please read these terms carefully before using the app.
By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. When using our services, you shall also be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
Any use of our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by this agreement, please do not use our services.

Your use of the Services is subject, in our sole discretion, to termination at any time.
By using the Services, you warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. We may terminate your account and access to our services if we believe you are under the age of 13.
Community and chat features should be used by children only under parental supervision. Core features such as Nitnem, Gurbani reading, radio, and Hukamnama work without any account or community participation.
The Services include functionality to submit, share, and publish content from the user ("User Content").
You shall be solely responsible for User Content you submit and the consequences of our posting or publishing such User Content. You also affirm that you have the rights, permissions, and licenses to any User Content you publish. We do not guarantee confidentiality of User Content.
By submitting User Content to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, modify, display, and perform all or any portion of the User Content in connection with our provision of the Services. We may maintain copies of any User Content for purposes of backup, security, or maintenance, or as required by law.
We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with any User Content. We may remove any Content and User Content without prior notice. We may also terminate your access to the Services if you are determined to be a repeat infringer.
We reserve the right to decide whether Content or User Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Use for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice and to terminate offending accounts at our sole discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms of Use or your uploading of, access to, or use or misuse of the Content or the Services.
We shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting our defense of such matter.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such states, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You will be required to submit payment in advance for access to the Sikh World Premium service. We reserve the right to disable access to the service until payment is received.
You are responsible for reviewing the Fee Schedule from time to time and remaining aware of the fees charged by us and any applicable discounts. The Fee Schedule, including any subscriber or promotional discounts, is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Your Fee Schedule, next billing date, and amount can be found in your iTunes account's subscription management page. We provide a link to this page within the Sikh World mobile app under "Manage Subscription."
Payment for the Sikh World Premium service must be made via your iTunes account. Amounts paid for the service, including prepayments, are not refundable by us. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com for information about requesting a refund.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription through your iTunes subscription settings page. There are no refunds for any fees paid. You are responsible for terminating your account and this Agreement. We are not responsible for your failure to properly terminate your service, nor for any charges and fees you incur as a result of not properly terminating your service and this Agreement.
